Lip Lift

Asian female in her 60s had a significantly upturned and shortened nose following a prior rhinoplasty surgery performed elsewhere. She received revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim who used rib cartilage to reconstruct the nose. Dr. Kim used local anesthesia so the patient was awake during the procedure and did not experience pain or discomfort. The after photo shows a drastic transformation from a contracted nose with visible nostrils to a natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing nose, restoring facial balance. She also underwent a lip lift procedure which gently elevated her upper lift and improved lip proportions.
