Eyelid Surgery

Patient in her 40s with sagging, hooded eyelids underwent double eyelid surgery for larger eyes and correction of uneven eyes. The procedure involved removing excess eyelid skin, tissue, and fat and creating a natural-looking double eyelid crease. The before-and-after photos show a notable change from a sleepy and tired look to an alert, youthful, and brighter appearance.

A 17-year-old patient underwent double eyelid, ptosis repair, and epicanthoplasty eyelid surgeries. Ptosis is when the upper eyelids droop over the eyes due to weak eyelid muscles. The ptosis repair restored the weak levator muscles so the patient could easily raise/open their eyelids. The epicanthoplasty was combined with double eyelid surgery to gently open the inner corners of the eyes and create natural-looking double eyelid folds. The before and after show the transformation from a tired appearance to larger, more expressive, and vibrant eyes.

A sub-brow lift, mini mid-facelift, and lateral canthoplasty procedures were performed on a patient in her late 30s. The sub-brow lift helped lift the eyes by removing the thick, heavy skin and fat just above the eyelids. The mini facelift was non-invasive and targeted the midface. It is often for those with mild to moderate signs of aging. The lateral canthoplasty reshaped the outer corners of the eyes for brighter and larger eyes. The subtle, delicate changes from eyelid lift surgery helped the patient achieve a very natural and youthful appearance.

Asian female in her 30s underwent revision Asian upper blepharoplasty (previous eye surgery was performed elsewhere), epicanthoplasty, and chin implant surgeries. The revision double eyelid surgery created more even and balanced eyes. The addition of epicanthoplasty lengthened the inner corners of the eyes. The chin augmentation using a tailored silicone implant centered and evened out chin asymmetry.

36 year old female had dark circles and under-eye bags which gave a tired appearance. She underwent lower blepharoplasty surgery where the fat in the lower eyelids was repositioned. The congested blood vessels causing the dark circles were also relieved during surgery. Note the after photo where the lower eye area is smooth and dark circles are no longer present, resulting in youthful and bright eyes.
